You can also purchase tea kettles that are designed with holiday themes, such as a manger scene or snowmen. In fact, you can even purchase a blank tea kettle that comes with special paints, so that you can create it yourself.

Of course if you actually want to drink tea, you'll need to find a kettle that is suitable for the job of boiling water. Most tea drinkers agree that a stainless steel kettle works best for this task. Important steps in making great tasting tea start with using fresh cold water in a clean kettle. Once the whistle signals that the water is boiling, the hot water can be added to a favorite teapot stocked with the day’s tea of choice. For the sake of taste, any unused water should be discarded and not used in future batches of tea.
